Rob Presley holds a Real Estate Brokers License from the state of California and has been
directly involved in the purchasing, financing, constructing, sub-dividing, and selling of Real Estate
in San Diego for the past 18 years.
From 1991 to 2001 he served primarily as a Mortgage Broker; arranging financing for over 1,000
San Diego residential purchase and refinance loans.
From 2001 to 2006 he was primarily involved in purchasing apartment buildings for the purpose of
converting them to condominiums. From 2001 through 2006 he took part in acquiring close to
2,000 apartment/condominium units throughout San Diego County, consisting of roughly 70
different properties within San Diego, at the peak valued at close to $500 million dollars.
From 2003 to 2008 he was the President of Maisel Presley, Inc. a Real Estate Development
Company in San Diego, as well as a managing member in the roughly 70 individual project
specific limited liability companies.
Starting with limited funds and an 8-unit property in Spring Valley he quickly became one of San
Diego's largest developers by unit volume, reaching the 6th largest builder spot in 2007, according
to Metropolitan Magazine.
Needless to say, he has almost unparalled experience when it comes to residential real estate
within San Diego County. His personal involvement in directing the purchasing, selling, financing,
& remodeling of over a billion dollars of San Diego Real Estate gives him an insight that is rarely
